Need help with removing Weiser deadbolt

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to remove the deadbolts from a pair of Weiser locks (DIY newbie). Please see this link for pictures of how it looks. I removed the screws on the faceplate surrounding the deadbolt (pic #3) and removed the faceplate where the key is inserted (pic #2). I then managed to pry the faceplate of the lock (pic #5). I also found a tiny allen key screw on the inside locking knob. I removed it, but again there was just a metal piece, no screws (pic #4).

I don't know where to go from here though - there are no other obvious things to unscrew. The two holes beside where the key goes in (pic 2) don't have screws that I can undo, so I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any ideas?

I want to get the tumblers out and take them to a locksmith or somewhere to get them rekeyed.

Thanks,

- N

Sorry, complete newbie with this stuff....

Where is the inside plate (rose)? Can you point it out to me in my list of pictures? How can I pry it off without damaging the door or the piece itself?

the rose is the trim on the inside of the door.
