How do I remove these screws?

I want to reverse my security door but it has these circular screws that obviously are not easy to remove. Does anyone know the name of these screws? Is there a tool or something i could use to easily remove these?

Thanks

Either try a vise-grips if they will bite without slipping off, or grind a slot into the head.

One way screws
I have two of the removal tools and they hardly work.
I grind my own slot. Quicker, easier and more effective. Then just replace the screws.

There is a tool to remove these screws, I used to have one but have not seen it in 20+ years. See:Security or One-Way Screw Removal Methods
Best bet is to use a Dremel to put a slot in the head. If that does not work, use the dremel to put a flat on each side and then use vice grips. If that does not work, use the dremel to grind the head off.

A center punch and a hammer will do the trick to unwind until vice grips will fit on.
You could use an ezyout.
