Complaint about roofing co
I bought a house last year and with the purchase I received a 2 year guarantee on the roof.
However, water has been leaking from either the vent pipe or from the flashing around the vent pipe. I posted a question about this and received responses in this forum. Thanks!
I can't get the company to return my phone calls or come out to fix the roof or re-seal the flashing.
Any suggestions for who to contact to complain about this poor service?

Start with your local better business bureau/consumer protection agency. In my area, the public can call and see if there are any complaints about a company before they decide to do business with them.
If they are a member of any professional construction organizations you could complain there also.

if a company is bonded you can put a lien against their bond for faulty work. IF they are bonded I bet a threat like that will get you at least a return phone call.
