Hi,
We are looking at buying a three family home in Mass. The house we are looking at has different roof shingles than I've seen before.I am used to the 3 tab type asphalt. This roof looks fairly new,Its asphalt, but has no tabs?Looks much different..
Its anyone farmilar with this type of asphalt shingle? If so,can you tell me a little about them. Are they a lesser quality,How do they last, and what type of shingle is it?Thanks

What you're looking at is most likely an architectural shingle, which are normally superior to the standard 3-tab, and are probably fiberglass.
They should have a longer warranty than a standard asphalt 3-tab.

Hey, mojo!
Don't know for sure.
I just boat and float myself, so I don't keep up with all of the latest fishing news on the Albemarle, but I've seen people fishing out there, so they must be catching something besides a beer buzz.
LOL
