I am building a new home with a builder. The roof was installed in last October. Now the roof shingles are bulging (not laying flat). Does this mean there is a problem with the installation? What should be done to correct the problem? Thank you.

There is not really enough information to answer this properly. I could be many things. It could be the kind of shingle, installation, not enough time to lay flat, etc. etc, What part of the country do you live in. Weather has alot to do with it, Were they hand nailed, nail gun, stapled, etc. I would be asking my builder. He will know. Maybe there is nothing wrong. Tell your builder your concerns, then he will explore it and answer you. Good Luck
