Our concrete deck serves as a roof to a storage room under it. The deck is cracked and rain leaks into the storage. We have tried quickcrete in the cracks and painted over and this has not worked. Frost free tile is 1,300.00. Anyone have any suggestions? thanks......

Dura-dek or an epoxy sealer would be my recommendation.

Fiberglass would work too.

Can you give me more information on fiber glass patching for concrete? I researched dura-dek on the net and the closest distributor is Kansas City, Mo. Don't know who I could get to lay it. Thanks for responding.....

It would not be a patch like a band-aid, but a blanket of fiberglass.

After looking at the project this afternoon, (yes folks, they live that close!) I recommend that you either find someone who does Dura-dek or have a roof built over the entire thing and get rid of the water problem that way. This would also take care of the standing water problem below (the corner).

You might also locate someone who does exterior pool decks. And see what they might do for you.

I have considered UGL Dry-lok, which would probably seal it well, but it is made for walls. I am afraid that the sealer would wear through with foot traffic.
