In one section of my asphalt shingle roof the corners of the shingles are starting to curve upward. How do I repair this and should I consider replacing the entire roof.

The curling is happening because your roof is not getting adequate ventilation. The heat is escaping into your shingles instead of space! They are acting as heat sinks.

You should have gable vents, ridge vents, or some other type of roof vents installed.

If your existing roof is over 10 years old you might consider replacing the entire thing. That's your call. The curly shingles are probably very brittle and do need replacing.
