metal trailer house roof

I have been looking for information on how to repar a metal roof on a trailer house. We are starting a business and wish to do it ourselves to save money. The roof only leaks in one place but I'm not sure if we can use regular metal roof patching materials? Has any one ever repaired this type of roof?

All you need is plastic roofing cement, a piece of metal flashing large enough to more than cover the leak area, and some self-tapping metal screws. Coat the whole area of the leak with plastic roofing cement, then press the metal flashing onto it. Use an awl or ice pick for small holes to start the screws in. Screw it down good around the edges, and then cement over the edges and screws. Good Luck!

Roofing membrane for house trailer
I have an older metal house trailer that I would like to re-roof with a waterproof membrane and insulate for heat and cold as well (perhaps a foam layer between two layers of membrane?).
I plan to do the work myself and would appreciate instructions for applying the above, and information on where the materials can be obtained.
