I have a three seasons room that requires a replacement for it corrupgated fiberglass roof.

It shouldn't be too tough to replace but I am unsure of what to use to waterproof the seams and fastner holes.

Any suggestions?

Corrugated fiberglass panels are installed by overlapping the panels 2 corrugations as you go across the roof. This creates a watertight seam. As you go up the roof, if you need more than one panel to get from the bottom to the top, overlap the panels by about 6". To attach the panels, use the aluminum spiral shanked nails with neoprene washers that were designed to attach this type of roofing. Make sure you only install the nails in the closure strips that support the panels.

What is the best tool to use to cut this material?

Are there any specific safety precautions when handling the material?

Basically, treat it just like sheet metal. A jig saw with a 20 - 24 TPI blade seems to work well for cross cutting it; tin snips do okay for rip cuts. The trick is to support the material as well as possible while you are cutting it. This means using scrapes of the closures and clamps to keep it as stable as possible. Also, plan your project as well as possible. It is available in in lengths of 2 foot increments. Purchase it in the lengths that will minimize the number of cuts you need to make.
