Question ice barrier

Hello..

I'm getting ready to put on a new roof. I live in Michigan.

My question is on ice barrier material.I'm using Owens Corning WeatherLock.

Do I need to put felt paper over the ice barrier? I'm putting to rows of ice barrier along the eaves. Is felt paper necessary also?
How about in the valleys with felt on the ice barrier.

Thanks for the help,Randy

ice sheild is great...mrmojo is right you don`t need to put felt paper over it unless the ice sheild is gritty and you don`t feel comfortable walking on it near the edge, also i would wrap 3" down the facia to prevent ice or water backup.
