matching exsisting asphalt shingles

I want to replace some exsisting asphalt shingles. My roof is about 5-6 years old and was installed before I purchased the house. I have no idea who made these shingles or the roofing company that installed them.

How can I find a match for these shingles? Any ideas?

Cool

You can take an existing shingle (or piece of one) with you to area building supply houses to try to find a near match.
Even the same brand, type and color of shingle may have manufacturing color variations, however, so the match may not be perfect, but close.
Good Luck!

Agreed.
Take a sample to your local roofing supply house.
They should be able to point you in the right direction.
Good luck.
