Red face sequence of events

I'm planning on having some work done and I wanted to find out the best sequence.

I have a flat roof and I need a new coating and possibly a new roof.

I'm also going to have my upstairs bathroom expanded and would like to have a skylight and an exhaust fan added.

Plus I'm considering adding another skylight to bring in natural light and an attic fan to help ventilate the house. (I live in an interior rowhouse)

I'd like to know if I should have all the items that change my roof line added and then get a new roof or if I should get a new roof before. Any other suggestions?

roof

With a flat roof as you say. I would put everything in now if you can keep dry. So when they come they will be able to mop it all in with the new roof. Just the way I look at it ED

Do your other things first and your roof last. It is very hard to reseal a roof after things have been added.
