Flat Roof

We have a flat roof on a motel. My question is what type of roof should I go with. I don't want to go with tourch down again, I had tons of problems like 2 years into last time. I was thinking of a duro last roof or a IB roof. Any help would be great, also is there any way to protect my self if they do a real bad job.

Paresh Patel,

Single ply roofing systems would definitely be a plus over what you have done.

I have used single ply systems but they have been through Conklin. http://www.conklin.com/pg.asp?p=1 You can have a local franchiser come out and talk to you. I used to be one.

The products you mentioned are both good but IB offers a longer warranty.

Depending on the costs for either, if the warraty is good and the company or installaer is good a backing it up, I'd go with IB.

Good Luck!
