REroof

I think down here Id go for the metal. They are doing a lot of metal roofs where Im at. Also it will take a lot more wind Than all the others . On this home I have the heavy built up tab shadow k3 in one and over 15 years now. When I do have to replace them it will be a metal roof. Im in west palm ED

Probably one of the reasons your shingles did not last, was because they were the wrong shingle. What you need is a heat shingle. You have lots of heat and humidity there. Everyday shingles will not last. Your metal roof will last longer, but will also cost a bunch more. We have done alot of roofs in Florida over the past few years, but never a metal one. Your choice.
