replacing gutter corners?

All four of my gutters leak in the corners...I tried to use that caulk on them last year, but that seemed to just help with water back up at times. They are riveted on...can I take those of and put new ones on? How would I do that?

Thanks,
John

Drill out the rivets with a 1/8 inch bit. All you really need to do is cut through the flange that shows, then punch the rivet out to the other side. The rivets are usually in 1/8 diameter holes, so if you use a 1/8 bit you do not run the risk of enlarging the hole so badly new rivets will not come up tight. Painted rivets are available to match the gutter color.
Fill the female side of the joint with the correct caulk before assembly. Smooth a bead of caulk on the inside of the joint. Fill the rivets with caulk from the inside of the gutter, they are not water tight.
