replacing Gutters a DIY project?

I have a front gutter I want to replace, it is not very old but I want a 6" (if that is the widest) becasue the water rolls over the top and down the front of the house when it rains heavy. I get water in my basement because of it.

Is this something I could do myself? Would it just be a matter of taking off the old gutter and poping up the other, are the holes for the nails already in the guttering? Or would I be better served hiring it out?

TIA

It's very much a DIY job if you feel up to it. Id say a 6" gutter is not for a home if you dont have a tile roof. Are is there to much water for the down spout that is on that gutter now, could you just add a spout to it? No you have to put the nail holes in . There are gutter clips that you can use to hang the gutter now.
