rubber roof condensation

I live in a fondation that I built about a year ago. I have been fighting condensation the whole time. I run a dehumidifier almost 24/7 but still find wet spots on my ceiling. I'm sure it has to do with lack of ventalation but I'm not sure what I can do with a flat roof. I was told that if I put insulation(4x8 sheets) between the rubber and the roof it will help. What do you think?

You're on the right track. Add iso board between the rubber and the roof deck. Is your deck concrete or wood. Calculate the dew point for you temperature ranges. Add enough insulation to get the dew point outside of the building. NRCA has dew point calc and R values for many different construction materials in their "Roofing & Waterproofing Manual". (the blue book)
