If the 5' is to the top of the ridge beam this is a 4.26/12 pitch

To clarify this: Convert it all to inches. 60" rise over a 169" run.
Divide the rise by the run. 60/169 = .355
Multiply the answer by 12. .355*12 = 4.26

That makes it a 4.78 (rounds out to 4-3/4) /12 pitch.
