Roofing in the rain??

I'm just wondering if someone can tell me if there is any concern about my roof being done when it's wet. They ripped up the old shingles a couple of days ago, put down the paper (or whatever the black sheets of stuff they put under the shingles is) yesterday, it rained overnight and this morning and they were up there laying the shingles when I left for work. Any responses from someone who knows would be appreciated. Thanks!

Non-Issue

Roofing over black felt paper in the rain is largely a non issue unless your roof was being installed in a monsoon.

This time of year a little bit of rain wont hurt anything. Roofing in the rain in cold weather, near the time you get freezing temps at night wouldn't have me overly happy though.
