Exclamation Flat rubber roof leaking

First of all, I do not have the funds right now to replace this roof.
My garage has a valley towards the center of it which makes the water sit there. It has caused a leak that has been resealed 3 times this year already. It isn't holding.

My question is.
Would it be advisable to add a drain to that low spot of the roof. I realize the right thing to do is redo the roof but that isn't a option right now. The drain would be or maybe another suggestion? Also, the top of the garage is used as a deck to let you all know.
Thanks

Rubber roof

If you have a rubber roof that is leaking, the leakage is caused by a faulty application and there is no need to replace the roof.

Leaks in rubber roofs can be fixed easily with a chemical galvanic process by any knowledgable certified rubber roof installer.

If your roof is relatively new, the original installer should repair the roof at his own cost.
