Calculating passive intake for roof venting.

Calculating passive intake for roof venting.
I have almost 36 sq. ft. of perforated vinyl soffet vent installed in my home and am trying to determine if I need more. How does one calculate the actual venting area of perforated vinyl soffet vent?
Also, I have 19 rectangular soffet vents installed (roughly 3" X 14") and don't know how to calculate the venting area of these.
I have calculated the sq. ft. in my attic and am trying to determine if I have reached 50% of the total passive intake venting requirement.

Attic ventilation
You need about 1 sq foot of venting for every 100-150 square feet of attic floor space.
The square footage of intake venting should be equal to the square footage of exhaust venting.
