Hello,
Our roof is about 30 years old. It's got some lichen over a good portion of it and there is some moss at one point where two levels meet to create a "V".
There's no leaking anywhere that I can detect. Should I put a new roof on regardless? Aside from water leaking in, what are the signs that it's time for a new roof?
Thanks in advance!
Steve
