Fascia question
We had our roof redone months ago and had some fascia replaced as well. As far as I know the wood they used for the fascia was not treated and we still have yet to seal and paint the fascia. The wood has started to discolor turn darker so that it looks grayish in certain spots on the fascia. Is that damaged wood or is it still okay to proceed with painting?

It will most likely be ok,
Treated lumber is not used for painted surfaces. It should have at least been primed to protect it. since it wasn't , now you have some work to do.....
Sand...as the grain has raised from getting wet
Clean... Dust, dirt, etc.
Prime... The better the quality of primer, the better the final paint job
Caulk...joints, gaps, nail holes, etc. (let dry..lightly sand, wipe down)
Paint...(let dry..lightly sand, wipe down) and then.... Paint again.
DONE!
Good Luck!
