New roof vent for bathroom fan

My bathroom has never had a fan. Now I am going to install one. I plan to replace existing light with a Panasonic whisperlite fan and light combo unit.

Any source that tells how to install a roof vent on the light-weighted tile roof? What type of vent that I should use? Any consideration to seal it?

I have never been to the top of the roof. Are those light-weighted tiles easily broken when I step on them? Do I need pay any attention when I step on the roof? Thank you very much for any advice that you may provide.
