Leaking concrete walkway over addition

Hi, I have a concrete walkway over a 1st floor addition. There are some
small cracks in the concrete, and a gap between the inner edge of the walkway
and the bottom of the 2nd floor stucco wall. There are remnants of different
materials that were previously used to fill the gap. When it rains hard I get
water dripping through the ceiling of the addition. I live in southern Idaho, so
we don't get a lot of rain, but we do get snow, wind, and temperature extremes.

Can someone tell me how to seal this properly? Alternately, what sort of repair
professional could I call to do this kind or work (I tried several roofing companies
and was told they don't fix concrete roofs).
