Flat roof condition question from the new guy

Hi guys,

I have been looking over your site and found it very useful. I have a very low slope roof on my new purchase and finally got up there to have a look and snap a couple of pics. I emailed one pic to several roofing companies to see if I would get any feedback (none so far), so I am going to attach a link to view "The Roof" here and see what if anything the "experts" who are kind enough to moderate these forums have to say about what they see. The pic is a jpeg and 2.2 megs in size. Its a good quality pic showing the condition of the bulk of the roof. So what condition would you grade this roof as?
I have set up one of those yahoo albums so you can visit and have a look: http://photos.yahoo.com/stewcast

hi
from what a can see ??????????? it has a top coat and it starting to show age.
If the tar paper is in good shape have it re coatted.if not have a 2 ply over it and recoated
I always recommend putting 3/8 gravel on top to hold the roof down an also save it from the weather
