moldy, mildewy roof decking

After having a incredibly dry summer, we decided to take on a roof project. We completely stripped our roof down to the original decking, made some repairs, and added soffits to our roof. The original roof is 3/4 tongue and groove planks, but any repairs we made and the additional soffit areas, we sheathed with 3/4 Exterior 1 Plywood. We had probably 3 more days of work left when the rain storm of the century hit our area. For literally one week straight, we had rain, mostly heavy at times (a total of about 9 inches in our area). We did have the roof tarped over, but we still had some leaks (water seems to inevitably find a way in). Now the rain is over and we uncover the roof, we find that there is mildew & mold on some of the new and old decking (both on the underside and topside), and that some of the new plywood is a little warped (it hasn't completely dried out yet). Is this something to worry about? I mean, can we just bleach the mold out, let the deck dry out completely and then continue with our project? Is warping (buckling) of the plywood something to worry about? Is the buckling the first sign that the pylwood lamination is failing? Should it be replaced? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Actually, the type of plywood we used was Exposure 1 NOT Exterior 1.
