Metal Roof and Bubble Wrap question

Im putting up a 32x24 garage. It will not be heated or cooled.
It is just a piddlying work shop. It is not attached to the house.

I was told I should put down Bubble Wrapp under the metal roof.
I have a 6/12 pitch roof.. Getting that wrapp will be a hard chore to do.

Do I need it or not??
If I can get by with out it that is what ID like to do>
Thanks

Who told you to put in bubble wrap and why? What kind of metal roofing are you talking about?

The company I bought the 29 gauge metal roof from.
It is double bubble wrap with a shiney course surface that goes up, The metal roof sets on it. One man told me if you dont heat or cool it you don't need it.
I take that it will not sweat?
