Rubber Roof

My mom lives in a row house with a flat rubber roof. What is the life expectancy of this type of roof?

Thanks Luc

Usually 10 to 12 years depending upon what kind of rubber roof was used. I see you live in Deleware. If that is where the roof is, you might get a little longer.

She lives in Pennsylvania but basically the climate. She has lived there for about 12 or 13 years so it might be time to think about replacement.

Thanks Again, Luc

Yes, its about time to think about it. With a rubber roof, the best thing is if its not broke don't fix it. But be ready to fix it if a leak occurs. You might get a little longer wear out of it. Good Luck
