Coating a rubber roof

Had a Firestone Flat Roof Membrane System installed in 2000. I periodically get a small leak in heavy thunderstorms, but cannot find an obvious point where the water gets in. I would like to coat the roof with a white sealer to block the leak and to also reduce the cooling load on the A/C in summertime. Many sealing products say do not use on rubber roofs. Can someone recommend a specific product to provide the protection I need. I will be coating about 1300 sq. ft. and will probably put on two coats. Thanks.

First of all I would not rely on a coating to seal the leak. That should be located and properly repaired. Roof coatings are not designed to patch leaks although in some cases the will temporaly stop one. I would contact Firestone Roofing Div. thru the internet and ask them what will work.
