facia repair and shingles (Gutter installation)
assuming someo fo you guys every now and then repair rotted facia, I need to know how you handle seamless gutters that attached under the first row of shingles. I think they are the type that atteached under the rakes, I see no spikes from the ground.

The gutters are probably attached with gutter hangers that clip the front edge and have a screw through the back edge (into the fascia). If you got on a ladder, you'd probably find out for sure.
