Unhappy Metal Roof Repair

Help! It's November and we moved in here 2 months ago. Suddenly tonight the roof started to leak. It's a metal roof, and we have no experience with those.

All help gratefully appreciated!!!

Wink

Not sure what kind of roof you have there. Corrugate or what. Take roof cement and put it on holes ??? There is a fiber roof coat that you could use on the whole roof

First you need to figure out where the roof is leaking. At a seam, nail/screw head or a hole?

If possible go in the attic first to look for the leak. You may be able to caulk a seam [or nail head] with silicone or asphalt caulk, as Ed pointed out roof cement also works.
