what do I re-line yankee gutters with?

The lining (looks like bitumen or some sort pliable tar-like roll) on the yankee gutters around my porch is starting to split. It's probably been there for a long time (I only just bought the house). What should I reline the gutters with? Do I need a specialist, or can I pick a can or roll of something up at the local DIY store and do it myself? Thanks for your help.

Dont know a whole lot about this but I'm pretty sure they can be lined with metal, copper or aluminum for a permanent fix. Or tar like you have every 20 years or so.
