Oil Furnace Vent Leaks when it rains

The vent from my oil furnace leaks everytime it rains. THe venti is installed in my shingled roof. We tar'd the area last year, but it seems that the water is still coming in AROUND that stack.... I would like to replace the vent. Any suggestions??? If it makes any difference, Its a Miller Furnace.

Wow. If I could SEE the way it was installed I could tell if it was installed on the roof correctly. If it is installed correctly then it could be the vent pipe itself. Without seeing it its hard to tell you what to do
