Increase roof pitch

I am considering adding a 2 car garage to my house that is about 58 ft long already (Ranch) and it has a low roof pitch. I was wondering about increaseing the pitch of the roof to look better and have a gable put on each end with a porch inbetween.

Does anyone know about what premade roof trusses cost? LINKS? And how hard a project it would be to tear off my old roof sister in new trusses and reroof it?

I can provide pics if necessary. I also dont plan on doing it all myself so was wondering on cost approx also?

I just bid a job where we needed 6:12 residential trusses that were for a 32' x 58' addition. They ended up being about $90 ea.

How many would I need for something this long then? 58 feet?

Also I was thinking of a second floor if it is possible, any opinions on that?

You'd need at least 30 of them, 24" on center. A 2nd story is certainly a possibility.

I found out my roof is 12-2 which is pretty low. The lowest for shningles.

What does it take to increase the pitch. How hard and about how mych in material? My house is 58 feet long and 23 deep.

I was thinking I can go 16 or even 24 on center with h clips. Does this sound right?
Thanks
