Mobile Home roof needs coating
What Brand Name for white elastomeric roof coating is the best to use on mobile home roof?

Elastromeric coatings can only be applied to a clean metal roof that is rust free. If there is any rust it must be sanded and coated with a good solvent based primer first.
I seldom ever use an elastromeric coating on a MH roof - mostly because they are already starting to show signs of rust [or worse
] I normally use the asphalt fibered aluminum roof coatings.
