Question "Rainhandler" gutter louvers?

Anyone used or heard of these louvers. They go where the gutters go but are different. They disperse the water into droplets instead of collecting it like a conventional gutter. They look great, but I wanted to hear from someone, anyone, before ordering. Here is the link. Saw them in Handyman magazine.

Follow-up?

Hi there. I am looking for info on (experience with) rainhandlers also, and just replied to a recent thread on "rain deflectors." What were your findings/conclusions from last spring? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

no good where you have winter snow and ice, also very heavy rain along with the aforementioned ice will scatter them thru your yard come spring, done it for 3 people, most stayed up less than 6 months before they got regular gutters-the gutter cover we use with it is E-Z SHIELD(MADE BY SPECTRA METALS)
