Pine pollen on asphalt shinges
My two story dwelling is of the Tudor design. the portion of the roof on the front, facing north is similar to a dutch barn with the first or lover elevation being tilted back toward the main structure about twenty degrees.
After each spring, it takes me hours of hosing down and scrubbing the yellow stuff off of the black shingles.
I have tried applying Clorox with a garden sprayer and scrubbing with a telescope wand with brush attached. I also tried an extended wand extension on my friends pressure washer, which was W/O soap dispenser.
At best, it is barely satisfactory Suggestions please!!!!!

There are roof cleaning products available. Whether or not they are more effective than your attempts is unknown.
