Tar Over Metal Roofing
We recently bought a house in Ohio. After the purchase we were dropped by the insurance company because the previous owner applied tar over the corregated metal roof.
What can be done to remedy the situation?

Did you have someone inspect the house before the purchase? I would take him to court for starters or at least call him and tell him to find a solution.

Since it's corrugated roof anyway, it musta been leaking. Anything he put on it will aggravate the situation. I'd get another roof. Pictures may have affected my answer a bit differently, but I doubt it.
