Metal Roofing

Buddy wanted to get his roof, black metal 12 ft x16 ft, finished before it rained.

We installed it, only sinking the srews in the top and bottom(he can do the rest on his own I was on the roof for most of this project).

We installed each 3 ft x 8 ft panel about 2 inches from the ridge (ridge cap went on fine) and it hung 2 inches over the edge. The last section is 2inches over the facia. Is this enough room for the drip edge and the facia? Or is it too much room for the Stupid question beause we cannot fix it now, just need to know.

Thanks

Roof

Drip edge fits against sheathing edge under roofing on rake. No problem. Fascia will probably be 3/4 in. thick? No problem. Good luck with your project.
