Question Roofing

I've started my starter course, I need to know where to start popping my chalk lines for first,second,third,etc.courses so that my shingles will be straight

Please explain to me when shingling where do I pop my chalklines to keep my shingles straight.

You'd need to give a little more information for us to give an intelligent reply. Your shingle package ought to have detailed installation instructions printed right on the package.

Generally the chalk lines will represent the top edge of the shingle if you want to keep the rows running straight with the fascia and ridge. If you have 3 tab shingles, many people run a vertical chalk line up the roof that is perpendicular to the fascia. Not sure which you are asking about.
