Cover for end of drainpipe?

My house has one drainpipe that comes down from the roof, then runs under the concrete driveway for about 10 feet, then drains out to a lower level of ground next to the edge of the driveway. I've recently seen several chipmunks running around that general area, and once I startled one of them and I saw that it had gone into the end of the drainpipe. So they may be going in there a lot.

I'd like to put some sort of cap or screen over the end of the drainpipe so that water can still flow out, but critters can't get in. And it needs to be removable so that I can clean out leaves and debris that might gather there. What would be the best way to do this? I was thinking of making something, but also wonder if there are products on the market already??

small piece of hardware cloth, 1/4 in mesh, no plastic or they will just chew thru it.

if we're not supposed to eat animals why are they made out of meat?

Thank you! A friend of mine ended up using a little metal contraption that looks like a cage. It fits inside of the opening to the end of the drainpipe.
