gutter ?

I have a 5" gutter 55' long with a downspout at each end. The high spot in the gutter is not in the middle, it is about 3/4 to 1/4 so most of the water goes to the south downspout. My downspouts went into tile buried in the ground that runs under my drive. The tile is plugged with tree roots so I run the downspouts into the yard. The problem is the north downspout runs across a side walk so it is in the way.
I am thinking of raising the north end of the gutter so all water runs to the south downspout and going to a 3"x4" downspout which is rated for 434 gal/min. and running into the yard. I have approx. 1200 sq. ft. of roof going into that gutter. I read where 1 downspout is recommened for every 20' of gutter. But going with the bigger downspout, It sounds like this should work?
Any input will be helpful,
Thanks

in a heavy rain your gutter will over flow because of the distance to the downspout. othewise no problems
why not just clean out the tree roots? i know they will come back but not that fast.

life begins when the kids leave home and the dog dies

It is plastic field tile and it runs under a concrete driveway. I have been told I can't run a snake in plastic tile, and I don't want to tear up my drive.
