Question green fungus on my roof singles

on one side of my house don't get any sun and green fungus is groing, how I can treat this problem, I had this problem for the past 3 years, the roof was installed 10 years ago.

it is moss, not fungus, caused by moisture and lack of direct sun. you can clean it off with a pressure washer and or some bleach but it will most likely reoccur if you have asphault shingles it may or may not cause a problem with shingles. usually if it causes a problem it is from the moisture retention freezing and pushing up under the shingles.

I really appreciate your iinfo. by using pressure washing machine I be afraid that I will take all the gravel of the sigles, so far I only see the moss very similar at the photo you sent me which is jus spots of green on top of the single. Thank you any how . Gus

check your building supply store for zinc strips,which can be installed high on your roof,the water running off provides a chemical the fungus doesn`t like---as an example,roofs similar to yours where they have copper flashings(chimney),you will see clean runoff underneath any copper (same reaction)
