Question MOLD killing product Enviroshield

Has anyone used Enviroshield to kill mold in the attic?
If so did it work? Are you happy with your results?
Basicly it an epoxy that sprays on and seals the mold from growing.

Waterproofing

I have a problrem with mold in the corner of a north facing bedroom. I tried all sorts of paint-on materials, none of which worked. I ended up drylining the room. However I know this is not the answer and dread to think what is going on behind the dry lining. To my mind the only answer is to find the source of the problem. If anybody has any ideas/suggestions I would be glad to hear them.

You will need to kill the mold first with a product like Foster 40-80, then you can add a antimicrobial coating like Foster 40-51

mold in attic

Upon a buyers inspection request we found that we had mold in the attic. Some, we were told, has eaten into the sheathing and the rest of the house is just covered with old mold and we've been told can be sprayed and covered. We do have to replace the sheathing in one part of attic. We were also told that inadequate ventilation and condensation was basically the cause. Goes to show that if things aren't done right the first time it trickles down. You roofers out there, do the jobs right!!
