Turbine vent and electric attic fan

Turbine vent and electric attic fan
We had two turbine vents on the roof and one of them broke and isn't repairable so we bought an electric attic fan to replace the broken turbine vent. I thought that it was a good idea since we lose power here a couple times a year and I thought that the turbine would vent the attic if there was no power to the other one. Now I'm curious as to whether the turbine is going to interfere with the thermostat on the other one. Should l have replaced the turbine with another turbine or will the two different vents work together?

The attic fan will draw air from all openings, so your concerns are valid. Will it reverse air flow through the turbine, I don't know.
