Temporary Leak Fix on a Low Pitch Asphalt Single Roof

How should I do a temporary leak Fix on a Low Pitch Asphalt Single Roof in wet conditions? The roof has a leak while it continues to rain for several days and is leaking near an adjacent wall at the flashing. Would applying roofing cement under and on top of the existing flashing, and flashing on top of the this be a good temporary repair? What brand and type of roofing cement? I can get Brewer Cote Wet Dry Plastic, Black Jack Wet Dry, or Karnack. I have found the Karnack 19 Ultra did not stick in the wet. Thanks

I don't see how any of them are going to stick when the roof is still wet. If it's a must fix while the weather is bad, a roll of tar paper may help.

Supposedly some are formulated to work when the surfaces are wet.

Had to go with the BlackJack wet/dry Flashing Cement , the Plastic roofing cement was not there despite showing it online.
