Scupper box for stucco parapet?

We have a flat-roof stucco house in a desert region that has a parapet surround with many drainage scuppers. One scupper, in particular, handles a huge amount of water when we have our infrequent but turbulent rainstorms. Water pours out 8.5 feet down onto the terrace surrounding the pool and an adjacent small flowerbed, flooding that bed and, sometimes, depositing gravel and dirty water from our tar and gravel roof onto the patio and into the pool. We are trying to buy or make a scupper box to install somehow on or below the present scupper. We then could temporarily attach a drainspout and also a flexible hose to redirect the water toward the drain 25 feet away on the other side of the patio.

Scupper is 6" wide by 4" high by 8" deep to the inside of the roof; however, only 1/2" is visible on outside of parapet wall. I got blank looks at Home Depot when I went looking for, what I then called, a "drain outlet" adapter for a gutterless roof. All the gutter supplies applied to 2" x 3" or 3" x 4" connectors and attachments. Also, not sure that if I find a scupper box I can attach it to the parapet wall below the scupper. Are they usually attached by drilling holes into the stucco?

Does anyone have any ideas on some kind of funnel adaptor or connector that I could install somehow on the scupper to then attach to a downspout or flex hose? Any way to put a support on the inside of the scupper hole on the roof side (I'm envisioning something like a grappling hook that would brace on the parapet walls on either side of the scupper hole) to which I could attach a box, leaderhead or some kind of an adaptor that would allow the rainwater to flow through the scupper, through the adapter or box and down into a drainspout? I'd remove the downspout and/or hose after weather cleared, as it would look unsightly in this area on a regular basis.

We're expecting some heavy rain this Monday-Wednesday, and I forgot to deal with this for my elderly parents earlier. Thanks for any help or advice.

My scupper drains don't extend far enough from the house, so water is eroding the dirt around the foundation ... I looked online (google "scupper extension" or "scupper downspout adaptor") and found many options. I think if you check local metal fabrication companies you'll find someone who either already makes what you want, or can fabricate exactly what you need. Places like Home Depot/Lowe's are probably worthless for things like this, but I've found at least 6 places in Tucson that make various adaptors, and a few more custom metal fabricators who know exactly what I'm talking about when I start to explain.

Good luck!
