i have very old mobile home trailer

i have noticed certain roof ceiling starting come down my brother told me tear down ceiling ,but whats it gonna cost i dont have alot cash. i talked h and m about my roof they just gonna put another roof over my old one wanted 5000 for it ,i had insurance but my insurance refused to help when i had my leak and roof was sealed by silver paint stuff . how hard is to replace 9 support beams that broken in middle ,my brother pushed up on it and guy from park tod me my middle support beams broken,lol my fear i might have ants in ceiling they tore trailer noto far from me they said ants falling out celing when they tearing it down ,i sprayed outside to walls to inside as well i dont see many ants couple here and there but my roof ,i not sure off ,back near laundry room that ceiling tile looks rotted ,if i tore it down i find those ants what i do ,or what do i need i never done roofing before but this my home i have to do it before winter,right now its hot out my roof been doing alot cracking that scares me more anything lol. the kitchen near my table celing coming down so i taped it, i know it 72-73 its single wide its long it might be 12-by something i not sure. i have a flat almuin roof.

 

It sounds like your only choice is to open the ceiling to see the damage. That's the only way you can know what the cost will be.
