Need Suggestion On What To Use To Seal Down A Couple Of Shingles

I have a couple of shingles at the edge of the roof right at the drip edge that are not sealed well and leave a noticeable gap that I'd like to correct. I previously put a couple of pavers on the shingles for about a week hoping they would weight the shingles down enough so they would stick down but they didn't because there's probably not enough adhesive to hold them in place.

What kind of adhesive or cement can I use that can be put under the shingles which will seal the shingles down and keep them down. I'll still put pavers on them initially to apply weight.

I only need a small amount so something that comes in a chalking type tube would be ideal.

Would appreciate any advice or recommendations.

Thank you

I'm not a roofer but I would think a tube of the roofing tar caulking would be tailor made for your application. Silicone caulk would probably also work.
